Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What APP do you use for Solis Inverter?

I have the Solid Cloud APP a couple of days. I haven't spent much time on it, but I find the live monitoring to be a pile of cow balls. The APP refresh rate is every 5 minutes and i'm not sure it's accurate.

Agree, not much good for a snapshot and as you say, that snapshot is not accurate either. I don't use another app, but I am interested. Part of it may be the datalogger rather than the inverter?

It's correct with its readings but as you said 5minute intervals, will be perfect for a quick glance and day generation etc.

I use it along with a Sofar reading and MyEnergi reading, they all differ slightly but I take Solis as gospel for generation on any given day and Meter for measuring of import/export

I use Solar Assistant, it has solis functionality even if not stated on its website. I did this project but just used a RS485 to USB adapter instead of the EW11. It was quite simple and gives live data. Probably cost about 150 euro with all the bits. https://github.com/Jumpy07/Solis---SolisCloud-and-Home-Assistant

The latest beta version of solar assistant says it supports solis WiFi Data loggers but not sure if this is directly and without any additional hardware.

+1 on the project above, I did it and it's nice having the solis data working almost as an alternative back up. The live data from the invertor in home assistant is the biggest bonus.
