He didn't follow the instruction of the police officers. It was traffic to do with the fatal incident. Kinda his own fault.

it was almost certainly a simple mix up, he doesn't need to be cuffed and arrested and put in the back of a car and off to the station

He was told to stop and he continued to drive past the officer. No reason he shouldn't be arrested.

I will admit ..often suprising at that level pros driving themselves..particularly at a major ..odd...

Fatal accident and some entitled golfer not only using hard shoulder..but passing a direction in an emergency..is fairly shocking to be honest.

It's funny (in a grim way) that that sentence "why didn't he stop?" almost always follows in bucket loads after a person of colour is shot by the police in what would normally be a pretty innocuous traffic stop.

I assumed it was a misunderstanding and he'd be let into the golf course 10 minutes after the incident, next thing I look on Sky Sports and there's a photo of him in a prison jumpsuit! Bizzare stuff
