2016 Hyundai I30 main window switch problem

Hi all, have an issue the last few months, the main window control switch has be acting up, I can let all the windows down but won't let them back up, I can bring them back up from all the passenger sides but a few weeks ago the front left passenger side won't go up now so I had to disconnect the wires on that side to make sure it didn't get stuck down again

I went to the main dealers and they said they have been waiting months to get it, trying scrap dealers but they said they get picked up straight away so it's obvious an issue with them, ordered one from a scrap place in Europe (rhd) got it yesterday but it didn't even work so have to send it back,

I was hoping if people here had a similar issue and we're able to solve it, the part has the Kia logo on it aswell so wondering if a Kia part could work?

First picture is the part I got and second is the original, it says auto on all 4 buttons, is that why it won't work as it's different
