Think they gave away the winner for the raw women's side anyway

I noticed the graphic for the match between Zoey and Lyra had Lyra wearing Saudi gear.

Anyone else scan the QR code? The symbol on one of the pages looks familiar. And like like something happening this Thursday.

That punch from Becky was shocking bad🤣

Carlito worming his way into Judgement Day is working nicely, just as Priest is distancing himself a bit. Liv and Dom needs to happen though. Tag match was good, crowd were dead for the entrances but got into it in the end. Priest vs Drew is surely a lock for Clash at the Castle. They have good chemistry on the mic I think that's the best Priest has sounded. Match would be a physical war too.

Jey Uso is mega over. Looked like a procession for Gunther for KOTR but a final of Jey and Tama Tonga is very very possible too, either that or Gunther vs Orton would be my best guess.

Dunno who the queen's crown would fit more. Feel that's more likely to come from Smackdown with any of the four remaining strong contenders.

Not sure what they're doing with Bron. Maybe he's carrying a minor injury and this mini feud with Pearce is to keep him visible?

All in all a solid Raw.

That Raw absolutely flew by for me.

Really loving the ongoing story about Gable and the Alpha Academy. The momeny Otis turns on him is going to get such a pop. Gable also already getting in good with the Creed brothers, looks like that's the direction.

Lyra/Iyo was a banger of a match, exactly what Lyra needed, even though wasn't sure Lyra would win. Shout-out to whoever it was that called her winning based on the match graphic being Saudi gear, couldn't unsee. The women's tag match was fine but intrigued by the Sonya return and possible pairing with Zoey and Shayna.

Jey and Gunther was really glad but honestly happy that Gunther won. King General is too good not to use.

Other notes. Video of Liv and Finn getting out of the same car seemingly, missed that but not sure what it could lead to. Is Liv trying to get the whole Judgement Day at odds so Rhea returns to chaos? The Bron Breakker squash was class, man looked a beast and he absolutely murdered Ricochet too.

Great ending to Raw. The Alpha Academy segment was fantastic too. Get the belt on Gable and give me him vs Otis at Summerslam!

I see that the ending, with the kiss, was cut off early, meaning loads of people didn't see it :O

Chad gable is so incredible, and is really showing he's going to have the chops to get a main event shot at some point. Super glad for him. And the pop when otis turns on him will be incredible.

Yeah the USA feed cut, what a shambles. Although it's certainly gotten people online interested. God I love this story though as trashy as it is. Liv is gonna have the whole Judgement Day either at each other's throats are being loyal to her when Rhea comes back The custody of Dom match is so on🤣

The Alpha Academy stuff is awesome. Chad being the abusive father type is excellent. Maxxine getting the pop was great and they are gonna be so over cause of this. Loving this story.

Bron is looking like a beast and it's really making a big deal of him already in such a short space of time. The closest I've had any interest in Karrion Kross is him being this manipulator instead of being spooky, maybe it has potential. I do like all the intersecting stories on Raw though, makes it feel rewarding for watching the show.

He'll have some explaining to do to Rhea. Were JD and Finn coming out to ensure he was helping Becky win? If anything they should be helping her.

What was the last thing Becky said to Lyra? Couldn't make it out but made Lyra smile.

Meant to say earlier that Kale Dixon (Bron's opponent/victim from last week) was on NXT Level Up last week but the had text up to say it was pre-recorded and showed what happened on Raw before the match. Think it's the first time they did something like that, ensuring the story wasn't diminished in any way.

Seeing Carlito reminded me of MVP and had me wondering where he and Omos are these days. Don't think they were part of the draft.

Becky's value has probably peaked at this stage I would say. She's 37 and she's already done everything there is to do. I've always been a big Becky fan and she can still be very valuable in the right role but I can see why they wouldn't just cave and give her whatever she wants money wise. Ratings and attendances aren't going to collapse if she isn't there and she's not going to go to AEW and suddenly massively boost their ratings either.

Raw was great. Really enjoyed a lot of it. Hope we get Sheamo and Ludwig Kaiser again at Clash at the Castle.

The Gable story and Liv/Dom is all amazing. The pop for Otis was awesome, I wouldn't mind this story dragging for a while with Otis taking the IC belt from Gable.

Agree about Bron, the guy is a star and this feud has helped establish him as a ruthless monster. Priest also looked strong for a change. Happy with Balor getting a win too.

Downside for me is Jey Uso, pretty much confirmed at this point. They've flanderised him into a guy who just says Yeet, he's got not real depth anymore.

I never got the love for Jey. It's like he decided to feud with Roman, leave Smackdown then join Raw calling himself "Main Event". And the whole "Yeet" thing is worse than "What". And he's just declaring himself for the MitB? He can do that?

The Alpha Academy story is going well. Just waiting for the turn. And then see wee things like seeing Gable talking to the Creeds backstage.

If Pearce doesn't put Bron in the MitB match, I don't think he'll be happy.

Dom is one of WWE's biggest success stories over the last few years.

I just wanted him off the screen when he was just Rey's son trying to do everything he did but slower.

Now he's a horrible little twerp that fans love to hate. Everything about him; the hair, the look, the mannerisms, just screams weasel and having Rhea and Liv mad for him just makes him worse!

I feel like a Woods heel turn would be kinda pointless at this stage. Outside of feuding with Kofi where would he even end up aside from being tossed into a random tag team again. New Day sell a good bit of merch still so leave them at it says I.

Couldn't agree more about Dom btw, as a face he was the ultimate nepotism hire, there along for the ride with his Dad. Him turning and striking out on his own has been the making of him as a star. I still want that god damn Mask vs Hair match but I guess I'll settle for Liv VS Rhea in a Dom on a pole match instead🤣

I feel like to advance the Alpha Academy story Gable has to win the IC Title then they have two months to build till SummerSlam and make (or try to make, I'm not convinced he has anything going for him outside of this story) Otis. They can do another rematch at MITB. Sami doesn't need the belt he's the ultimate underdog and Gable as the narcissistic, abusive trainer champ just makes more sense going forward.

I was surprised (pleasantly) about the ending to Raw. I'm not sure exactly how much mileage they can get out of Priest as a champ but his match with Drew will be a banger. Torn between wanting Drew to get his homecoming win and having Punk screw him again (leaning towards the latter as Drew VS Punk doesn't need the title).

Does feel like there's an ? for theoretical champ Priest up through Summerslam. Judg(e)ment Day implosion? Shirley the King General will be walking out of Berlin the champ if he hasn't walked in with the belt already.

the whole Liv / Dirty Dom angle is playing out beautifully. The little nuances which are added each week just add to it ( Finn pictured jumping out of a car with her backstage 2 weeks ago, then sneakily taking the hotel key last night)..

Storytelling had really gone up a notch with Hunter in charge.

Another case in point would be Alpha Academy and how much of a pop Otis will get when he finally does turn on Chad..

If given time, the strength in long term story telling really works.

I'd love if they built to a 3 way with Chad/Otis/Sami for the title at a ppv with Otis getting the win. This leads to gable loosing it but manipulating Otis to one on one match the next night, Gable cheats to win, at the end Gable hugs him to apologize but turns on him, Sami attempts to make the save but the creeds attack him with the new Alpha Academy being born.

I'd wager her had some protective thing on his back when he took the bump. He awkwardly adjusts his top after he lands. Probably why he went straight into a back bump too, I actually think you can see something running down his back in the air as Bron slams him on the car. Good way of writign him off though and further cements Bron as a monster. I've missed most of the discussion about Ricochet leaving over the weekend but think his ceiling in WWE is pretty much the case elsewhere too. He's a gifted athlete but can't promo for his life. So not sure where he will fit in a major promotion.

Liv story is still great, trashy as hell though haha. Finn taking the card is funny but could be planting seeds too (get your mind out of the gutter).

Alpha storyline is excellent, think they need the title on Gable after Clash at the Castle, it's time.
