Speedmaster Professional Straps

    Hi All apologies if this has been asked before but do you know if Weirs or similar keep Speedmaster straps in stock or are they special orders. Also open to alternatives, Prefer either leather or racing type straps. I did by a leather one quite a few years back but i think the watch would benefit with a new one. Also have the bracellet but rarely use it.

    Weirs will order in the straps and typically take 3 or 4 weeks. I had a rubber one via them a few years ago. The omega ones are quite expensive.. of course the watch is to. I have had luck finding a few from private sellers who dont use them and want to make a few quid back. Speedmaster probably is one of the most versatile options when it comes to straps. Looks good on black nato straps, for example erica's natos or Omega's own nato. Brown vintage/cognac style straps also look great on it. Ive the newer style speedmaster and to be honest its bracelet is so comfortable I'm not wearing it on anything else. Almost feels like a jubilee style bracelet.

    I placed an order with Uncle Seiko for a few pieces and picked this up.

    I have not fitted it yet, but the quality seems pretty good

    The OEM racing strap is almost impossible to get, but I can highly recommend the leather one that comes with the new Sapphire Speedmaster. It is top notch quality but expensive especially if you add the clasp. I got mine from these guys as they had it in stock, and were much quicker than anything I've ever experienced with Weirs (who don't even know the price of most of their Omega accessories it seems to me, or potential delivery times): https://www.salvatigioielli.it/catalogo/it/

    Natos are great on the Speedy as are any number of leather straps from Two Stitch straps or Bulang or loads of other suppliers and Erika's are also very comfortable.
