Well if his arument is that it's muslim immigrants or the children thereof, from what I see on the French media, I think that seems to be the case. I'm not sure if we're allowed to post foreign language links here, but for anyone who reads French, there's an article in le Journal de Dimanche by Noemie Halioua that talks about islamism. Although TBF she seems mostly to blame far left politicians like Jean Luc Melenchon for "fanning the flames".

One of the problems that makes immigration into a problem is when immigrants tend to live together in neighbourhoods where their culture of origin is maintained rather than being diluted into the host society. Obviously school is meant to help with that, but in this case the journalist's point is that far left politicians are promoting hatred of Jews in connection with Gaza. Hence presumably why the rape happened now, and why antisemitic attacks have grown exponentially.

It's wrong to speculate on the nationality or residency status of the perpetrators unless it's clearly known. This kind of speculation just fans the flames and in many instances, it's a false narrative that some people have attached because it suits their agenda.

There is an air of antisemitism due to the horrors we're witnessing in Gaza and the fact that the IDF and Israeli government seem completely nonplussed by the international criticism. However, that anger should be directed at the Israeli government, IDF, and supporters of the atrocities in Gaza. It shouldn't be directed at Jews as a whole.

Most people are able to separate Putin and his cronies from the general Russian population and we don't see people criticising every Russian Orthodox Christian for the action of the Russian regime. This should be no different. There are plenty of Christians who support what's going on in Gaza, and there are plenty of Jews who are opposed to it.
