Sorry to spam with code requests but I'm on the waitlist and can get through to the code section but no joy from there, any spare codes would be really appreciated. In previous gigs does anyone know if more people were removed from waitlist as the gig got closer?

I'm on the waitlist too, getting through and it's saying no tickets available but still yellow availability so hopefully more coming.

I'm actually so fatigued from the whole thing all week, got feck all work done, I'd say my screen time was about 18 hrs yesterday and trying to avoid getting scammed. If I didn't live so close I'd have given up by now.

How do you get these codes people are talking about?

Does it cover 1 person or can you get codes for a group of approx 15?

Can a code be sent my way please. Preferably with mini bus parking. If possible. If not send code regardless. Please and Thanks

If any kind souls have a code and didn't buy all four tickets would be very grateful. Just one ticket would even be amazing. 🙏

monitoring DMs on a half hourly basis - not thread itself - hopefully the ticket fairy will come good and we shall all go to the ball !

DM sent with mini bus parking , unlimited access for up to 20 children in the dedicated kids area on stage with Taylor.

The garda escort will meet you at a location of your chosing and direct you through the crowds onto the main stage.

Taylor has asked if any of you might require a foot rub, or maybe even sing a few songs while you are there. Failing that - she is happy to adopt the special needs children herself and raise them as her own.

No cost of course. I mobilised some local TDs who knew a man about a dog.

I am taking a back seat on all this FYI.

I'm probably not allowed to post this but I am honestly desperate for tickets. I've been posting here all week. Any night is fine. I'm Dublin based can meet in person, won't mess anyone around. Would be so so grateful if anyone with a lead DMs me. Even last minute is fine. Thank you and apologies to the mods.

I have two tickets for Sat, wanted a 3rd for a niece but sure look. Enjoy your gig lol

This is a bug that has been around for weeks and those imbeciles haven't fixed.

Change the .ie to .co.uk and the tickets will show correctly.

where did the presale codes come from before? I had one but don’t know now where it might be.

Anyone has a spare code, let me know

I'm a bit lost. When I try to join the waiting room I get 'This sale is for invited fans''.

How could you even use a code to bypass this given that they seem to be checking the account email against an invitation list?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,097 ✭✭✭xalot

I think you must have registered last year with the email associated with your ticketmaster account, I'm on the waitlist, dont have a code, but can get right through to the code stage as my email address is the one I registered with.

  • Registered Users Posts: 82 ✭✭newstarts

EXACTLY This.. the new codes are linked to specific email address to those people who were put on wait list last year, its utterly pointless getting a code off someone when your email that you've signed in with does not match.. its such a mess of a system it really is….

have been stalking this thread for updates, ye are so quick!, unfortunately i had code for last year but didn't get tickets and didn't get through then to waitlist so no code now… have three daughters, all in tears but they understand and know its just a really stupid ticketing system … yet still here i am refresh, refresh, refresh!!!!

i wonder would it be madness to go and hang around Aviva like we have seen fans do all over the world??

Emails went out saying people were no longer on the waitlist. A mate got one and got two restricted view tickets. Pricey enough now that being said, €312 including charges

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,009 ✭✭✭boomdocker

Pretty sure those emails with codes were just sent to people who had originally registered for the presale when the tickets went on sale

Got a code last year = account had access last year = account doesn't have access to join queue now.

Didn't get a code last year = account was put on waitlist last year = account now has access to join queue.

Some people who were on the waitlist got emailed codes yesterday. Most didn't it seems. Even if you didn't get emailed a code yesterday, your account can still join the queue (provided it was on the waitlist before). You can then use a code (seemingly any one that previously worked last year, or was emailed yesterday) to buy one assuming any appear for sale.

Thats not true, I was put on the waitlist last year and can't join the queue

  • Registered Users Posts: 9 Lavenderhaze

Are the tickets sold last night also resale tickets or were they purely tickets the Aviva were just holding onto?

I'm not sure this is quite true. There was only one poster last night who said he was on the waitlist last year, didn't get a code, and then used a mates code (from last year) to buy a ticket last night. When we all tried the code (those of us who were also on the waitlist last year and didn't get a code), it wouldn't let us use it. I'm not sure why Ticketmaster would allow you to use someone else's code from last year, when the owner of that code can't use it themselves. It may have been the case that the max of four tickets had already been bought with the code and that's why it didn't work, but I'm still a bit dubious.

The aviva stadium, stadium management etc have nothing to do with ticket sales. Tickets are released if any because of returns, resales etc BT promoter/artist

What does this error mean "Something went wrong.... There has been a problem with the connection". I have gotten through the queue, used a code and keep getting this error. Have tried on multiple devices, different WiFi and mobile data.

  • Registered Users Posts: 771 ✭✭✭crl84

We'll then it must just be some accounts, as my friend was on the waitlist last year, didn't get any email this week, and could get straight into the queue last night and to the code unlocking page. Used my code which was accepted, but no tickets were available at the time.

What seems to be the case is that if your account got a code last year, then your account isn't allowed join the queue now, and you get the "invitation only" message.

Restricted view and other seats that come available after the staging etc is all built, I assume.

I would also like to know whether the tix released last night/this morning were production tickets or resale tickets. Apparently resale closes at 3pm on the day of the gig. If resale tickets weren't included in the batch that was dropped last night, how are people meant to resell on their tickets? Ticketmaster is the only platform you are allowed to use.

I realise there's only going to be a very small amount of resale tickets as people will pass them on to friends and family but still, there must be a few out there.
