It was harsh but justifiable enough but not checking for a penalty is a joke.

Should be a challenge system for managers to flag an issue to recheck for clear and obvious errors. Not tiny margins. Stop a repeat of the Thierry Henry incident.

You get a challenge wrong you lose a sub. Like in American Football you challenge and risk losing a timeout.

How has he given a free for that “ foul “ on sane. This would remind you of a premier league game. Being completely wrecked by the officials.

Offside is fine using the technology as it's not a judgement call you're either offside or not.

For other decisions give the manager 1 challenge per game and if it's successful he keeps if not he's no more challenges, that means he'll only use it if it's a really obvious error like the Thierry Henry handball.

VAR should be there to get rid of horrific errors not marginal calls which could go either way depending on the ref.

I don't understand the issue on penalty, you can see it hits his hand. So is a cross into box, touched by an outstretched hand not a penalty...unless we want to start looking at the impact of the touch, or the change in direction or outcome, but if the ref sees it and gives it does anyone complain
