Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Much as I love seeing them go out any time it happens, I'd have been interested to see a proper England set up at some point in this tournament, just to see what they were capable of.

    Even still, they could take off Mainoo (purely cause he's run a lot) and Foden, pull Bellingham back to CM, and play Palmer at 10 with Bowen and Gordon either side - proper wide men to get into space behind. He's really underused Gordon in this tournament for some odd reason.

    <edit> can't do that anymore, with Eze on, a good player but won't go outside in the same way Gordon would.

    In fairness to Walker, it looks like the back four has been instructed to sit tight and not risk pushing up. TAA with the same instructions offers nothing.

    If Walker isn't running in behind on the overlap, he's not offering anything close to his best. Trent at least can play killer balls from just inside the halfway line, the sort of position Walker is routinely standing in.

    Walker is like a running-back, while Trent is more like a quarter-back.
