I thought we'd be watching Top of the Pops on BBC4 for comment worthy material :)

Although jumping from 1996 to 1988 to 1978 and then back to the Eighties (1984) gets a bit dizzying…

Just found out that five music channels on Sky (4Music, The Box, Kiss, Magic and Kerrang) are closing down on July 1st.

Surprised they last this long TBH, especially when you can watch videos on your phone.

I was practically raised on Linkin Park TV, I mean Kerrang TV. 😁

Q and Kerrang were the stations I watched back in 2000-2001. Linkin Park, Muse, Slipknot, SOAD, Wheatus, Gorillaz.

Brother will be disappointed as he always enjoyed the music channels when putting up the Christmas tree and over Christmas, even though it was just a different celebrity doing a similar top 40, usually with the lesser version of a song, with ad breaks after every second or third song.

Still weird to turn on RTE on a Sunday night in August and see a film instead of The Sunday Game, even if TG4 brought the GAA 2024 programme to Sunday night and give us something.
