I also noted the cognitive dissonance in condemning death threats against herself while leading a party that is associated with more than a few deaths and other despicable criminal acts, and continues to celebrate killers.

My assumptiuon would be that it's to do with Sinn Fein's view towards immigration which has really annoyed a certain cohort of people

All threats to politicians are terrible. Going back to the 1970s and 1980s when government ministers have had to be protected from terrorists, I have consistently condemned such threats.

When it comes to racist attacks on politicians (which MLMD is complaining of) I haven't seen any other than the SF councillor Paddy Holohan on Leo.

I think it's clear that when she said there was racist tones in abuse she has received, it's racism against immigrants who she has supported. Anyone who says otherwise is just trying to be obtuse.

2. She did get a death threat, but it's an angle on her part by going public?
3. She did get a death threat, but she organised it and that's her angle?
