Japanese Import VW or Audi

Currently bringing in a 16 A3 variant myself and while i paid maybe abit less than i would have here the car is spotless and 40,000 kilometers from a dealer over there.

They are still built in germany so have the factory immo/alarm and to change the head unit to english you just go settings and it's right there with flags to change between the dials also etc, tuning to irish radio stations and sat nav im not so sure.

CarVX do a 25ish euro excellent backround check once you get the vin (takes maybe 24h to come through though)

I maybe in the market myself and some stage.

How do you go about doing this? Yourself, dealer,etc?
