Vinegar to neutralise odour

You can buy large quantity of vinegar in many hardware shops and garden centres. Much cheaper than food quality vinegar. It is sold as a cleaning agent and weedkiller.

Distilled vinegar is the one I would choose from the above list. It will have no extra odour.

Weed killer WTF?

Would you put salt and weed killer on your fish and chips?

Mix the two of them together with warm water and use in a carpet cleaning machine for better results than the very expensive bottles of Rug Doctor liquid.

That's cheaper than the cash and carry wholesalers, must stock up next time I'm in one of those shops.

Depends what the odour is?

For paint fumes or stale tabaco smells, a chopped onion left on a saucers dotted around the room with small drop of water works wonders . . though I don't think it would do a whole lot for a dead body below the floorboards if that's your issue.

If it's a carpet type area mix the vinegar with baking soda and warm water, wet the smelly area, scrub it hard with a good brush and leave it for a few minutes before cleaning off. If that doesn't help burn the car.

Depends how long the cadaver was in the boot for 🤭 . . Either way, because of leakage, you'll need to remove the carpets and burn them, then wash all contaminated surfaces with bleach and water to eliminate any DNA trace evidence. Probably best to then sell the car to some foreign bloke on donedeal or take it to wasteland, burn it and report it stolen.
