It is in Kildare. Phone numbers don't cause a place to move county. Mullingar is in thye Commuter belt as is Trim and Bray. None of them are "suburbs of Dublin". Kildare is Kildare, Dublin is Dublin.

Well technically part of it is in Dublin anyway. I think most Leixlipians recognise Leixlip as a suburb of Dublin, it was a tiny village until the end of the 1970s. People moved there because of it's proximity to Dublin not because it was in Kildare.

OP trying to cut the good people of boards a heads up on an appartment before it goes out to the public in a housing crisis - gets abuse over where the apartment is.

EA fees typically 1-1.5% of sale price, hardly worth that much consideration at current prices, I suspect the op will list as well.
No good deed goes unpunished on boards.

I am well aware of how the sales/purchasing process works and the costs associated with both.

There are other ways to save/reduce EA fees rather than thinking of a community you'd like to give a heads up to.

Again, fair play OP - best of luck with the sale - those knocking the area for whatever reason obviously have themselves well setup already.
