Would a Volkswagon dealership be able to replace a door card?

    Inside of my driver door has deep scrapes on the plastic.Just wondering would a dealership be able to source a replacement ? Due a service soon and was thinking about it getting replaced or would I look like an idiot asking ? . I was looking on ebay myself but the only match I found has minor damage also.
