    Hi all

I’m looking into these at the moment

Is there a particular provider that I should begin with. I’m not sure how many banks offer these types of mortgages

Would I be better off using a broker

    Thanks

    Barr

100% use a broker, let them do all the leg work for you.

Do brokers charge a commission - if so, is there a ballpark for their fee

Nope! No commission, it's all free on your side.

I used GMC mortgages for my last BTL purchase. Can pass along some names in PM if you'd like.
