So if we assume that Clonlara will beat C-Q, then the Eire Og v Ballyea match is pretty much knock-out.

It's a big ask for Eire Og to beat Ballyea without O'Donnell available.

I wouldn't assume Clonlara will beat Clooney either - Clooney have only lost both games so far by a point and a win here, along with an Eire Og win, would see this down to points difference for the remaining q/f spot I think.

It's a big ask alright for Eire Og without O'Donnell but they were without him for most of the second half Sunday, when the game was there to be won or lost and they did very well.

Clonlara's game against Clooney-Quin is not a gimme, only tiny margins has separated C-Q from being top of the table,

wonder how long SOD will be out for, that in itself could have a big bearing on the destination of Canon Hamilton for this year

100% ballyea's main strength is the half back line and they were superb last week , both gudgie and jack , the full back line was excellent too

its very hard to argue with the standard of the clonlara game though , that was as good a club game i have seen in a while

A round up of probably a fairly predictable round of football games , so far the standard has been fine maybe not quiet kerry but would match most counties in divisinn 2/3 in the country ,eire og have serious potential in munster if they get it done in clare . another impressive win this weekend , with manus doherty and mark mcinerney making there seasonal club championship debuts. gavin murray has yet to start for the townies , they are stacked at the moment

Does anyone know how the score difference will work this year, I'm have a bit of a brain melt trying to work out the possibly ways Group 1 could end up

  • Registered Users Posts: 815 ✭✭✭Glenomra

Throw up group one as it stands and we will tease it out

Just take results between the teams involved in the tie breaker, so if it's the top 3 teams get rid of all games with the 4th place team and figure it out from there.
