Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well, it's a nailed-on certainty that Michael Collins will top the poll again here in Cork SW after this. Three months before a general election and on a show targeted at auld wans. You couldn't buy publicity like this.

Collum: Would it have been difficult to pay an extra 800 more?

Is Collum asking is 800 more than 0?

It sounds like a concerted effort by his staff, telling constituents to call radio stations singing his praises

These people understand the value of money. Joe makes enough to cover the operation cost in a day.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

Ad hoc text poll, Will Collum read out the statement from the HSE? Text your answer Yes or No to 5775111

Surely this is a great thing to keep these people off our waiting lists here in our basket case health system?

Joes makes enough to cover the cost of the operation for half of West Cork.

But Eamon Ryan doesnt like the idea of a bus going from West Cork to Belfast as it increases our carbon footprint, so obviously it has to be curtailed.

Probably cases of cheap beer bought on the way back, no point in leaving the cargo space of the bus empty 😂

Column, De lad is right, the hospital should have contacted him. Stop trying to back the hospital up for their incompetence.

How do you find it on the road? Ah grsnd. I notice a few cars dragged on the back of the truck each evening now but it doesn’t take me long to remove them.

Not cheap beer, cheaper bottles and cans of soft drinks. No DRS tax up north.

I'm finding this show hard to follow today…

    1. Facts, concise information and accurate figures.
    2. Non hysterical normal callers and people that you can actually relate to.
    3. Zero dopy claims, suggestions or proposals for solutions
    4. A lack of idiotic puns, name drops and burps from the presenter.

€360,000 a year and this is the best that they can find to replace Joe?

To be fair, he knew he had to do something after he ran over the fourth cyclist and ninth traffic warden.

And for a bonus there's lots of products up north with the DRS logo on them, bring them back here and cash out if you wish or not, it's getting free money.

A nun is taking a bath when suddenly there is a knock at the door. She calls out "Who is it?" and a mans voice answers "It's the Blind Man", and she thinks ok, I suppose its ok if he comes in, so says "You may enter", and a man opens the door and says "Hey, nice tits! Where do you want me to put the blind?"

Ah new topic, breaking news, the Bible is not PG and is not pro-feminist.

This is news to me Ted.

A few years ago and my sister got her hip done; paid on insurance but in a local hospital and a public ward. There was two women in her ward from Derry; they were on the NHS list who paid to send them down to get their hips done in a HSE facility.

    Think about that one….

if you don't want to listen to fairy stories from the bible, going to mass is the wrong place to be going

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,250 ✭✭✭Sigma101

She was attending a mass in a Catholic church - the church Mary McAleese calls an Empire of Misogyny. But she is offended by a particular ancient passage in the bible?

Talk about ignoring the elephant in the room.

In some rural churches they still stick to the old school seating arrangement of men on th seats to the right side of the church, women on the left, it's funny when the non locals arrive and realise about 10 minutes in they are in the 'wrong' seats.
