Perfection in south Dublin, August has been decent here. Likely to be the third warmest in the 12 years i've recorded here and probably above normal sunshine too. Second driest too with just 22mm of rain recorded (2022 @ 9.4 mm being the driest)

Similar number of 20c plus days in Arklow

Highest slightly lower at 23.9c

Rain total for the month was 43.4mm

The stand out stat was the predominance of land breezes which was the main driver of those days above 20c

That for a summer month is very very unusual

July also saw a lack of sea breezes & consequently higher temps
