Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does high mileage engine oil really work?

    Define "really work"?

What are you looking to solve for?

They usually have more detergents, dispersants, anti-wear additives and seal conditioners. Might be better in a classic engine, that isn't driven much (considered "adverse conditions"). In a modern engine, probably won't make any difference over factory spec oil, that's changed regularly.

Use whatever oil is approved by the manufacturer
