    Very important and badly needed 3 points and for the most part seemed like a good performance. Hopefully we can kick on from here, important for Solanke to get his first goal and hopefully Johnson will get a lot of confidence from his two goals in two games.

    I was there and , although it was a great result ( and performance ) I can't make my mind up whether it was a lack of ability on Brentford's part to organise a proper low block, or us moving the ball faster and making it difficult for them to do so.

    Either way, a welcome win and lets hope we can go on from here.

    A win tomorrow night gives us 3 wins on the bounce. Which would be nice going into the game at old Trafford.

    Beating united doesn't carry the same weight as it did 10 years ago but it's do'able and would set us up nicely for a decent October hopefully.

    yet they seem to win it every second year he’s been in charge . Newcastle beat them at same stage last year. Better off playing them now than in a semi or final where they will play a stronger team
