    Also have another question.. its going over tiles which has a border tile which protrudes a couple of mm out. Is it best cut the tile out so the cabinet fits in flush on the tiles or cut the border tile shape out of the back of the unit? My only concern with the unit is its chipboard so probably won't cut clean?

    Some people like it to float so that they can mop under the unit, others - not so much. So decide whether you want a dust collection spot if it's too low, or floating high enough to get a mop under, etc.

    Cut the unit, not the tile. Means if you replace it in the future, you don't have a tile-gap. Apply masking tape on the external surface of the section being cut and use a fine tooth saw. I did this with chipboard and didn't have a single chip.

    Always cut the unit

    In wet spaces I would always have a wooden unit off the ground, chipboard will swell terribly if it gets wet.

    This particular unit is designed to be wall hung (FIXINGS Metal Hangers - Fixing kit supplied) so I would put it at a height so that the top shelf is still usable, its only 1.3M tall so you could easily put it 300-500mm off the ground and still have it useful, if its too low it will look strange imo.

    Typically the gable ends of these types of units will project 20-30mm beyond the back of the unit, so you can cut out a gap to allow the dado/border tile to fit and then maybe silicone it to make it neat looking.

    Yep cut the back with multi tool and fitted over the border perfectly. It's mdf
