Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are they? We've conceded 4 goals across 9 games.

They're a team playing under a new coach implementing new tactics, of course there are going to be some bumps, it's going about as well as it possibly could imo.

Strange game, we played really well in patches and dire in others.

Ali and Konate at times were particularly shaky in possession when trying to build from the back, and Bologna had at least 3 decent opportunities off the back of this.

Our biggest issue however, was our disjointed forward press. Diaz, Nunez and Salah were just not on it and time and time again they were easily bypassed. At least 2 occasions you could see Salah try to react to the runner after he had switched off and turned his back on play, but it was too late at that stage.

In saying all that, I never felt like we were in danger of losing. And our midfield trio played well, as did VVD again. When you look across Europe, there was some strange results this evening. So thankfully we avoided the slip up.

Results are excellent, performance can be worrying at times. We've been lucky with our fixtures but play like that against a decent team and they'll score a few against us. Performances need to improve.

Performances have been disjointed at times. But I'm not really sure we could expect anything different. We have a new manager trying to implement a new style of play, you can see some players are clearly adjusting to it, and we're only 9 games into his reign.

There's going to be plenty of losses, and lesson learned this season. There's no real avoiding it.

15 is the likely target from what I read. Or 16 to be safe (almost certainly).
