Not a real ICE M5 that you can put the foot down & know you would make it home without looking to fill up.

Yes its very nice. I thought it might be a 60k car but look at the website just short of 67k for the basic one.

It would want to be nice. Either one if my neighbours has very well off friends or just won the lotto.

a little expensive but it’s great to see a v fast 350hp AWD estate on the market and selling. Plug in hybrids have really brought back fast petrol cars as relatively economical options which is great. Even if for most of us it will be a year or two old model. Would be impressed is anyone sees a T8 version out there with 455hp.

If its electric. 2021 one at bolands mercedes wexford . Possibly traded in for that one

They don’t really feel that fast. They’re not slow by any means, just a decent amount of power for a brand that’s more marketed on safety. T8s are absolutely not worth it. Nearly all the initial shoves comes from the electric motor and you’d struggle to feel much difference between that and a T6. You’ve also got worse range in electric.

When people talk about Volvo being expensive, they fail to take into account just how relatively powerful even the entry level machines are these days. Try to price a comparatively powerful German car for example.

it’s all relative to what used to be slow diesels I guess. I think they are expensive enough but their second hand value isn’t great either. I guess V60 is competing with the 330e mostly, 5.9s compared to 5.4s from the extra 50hp or so but BMW will drive a lot better. The Volvo is 67k, msport 330e touring is 61.5k. I’m not sure is spec is exactly comparable but that’s a premium for the Volvo considering dated cabin, even allowing for AWD. If you added tech and comfort packs to bmw they would be at the about same cost and I guess 9/10 people would go for the BMW LCI with updated cabin etc.

Here is one you don't see too often anymore. A brand new Honda,

Absolutely loads of 251 around now, I've a long commute and see loads each day so I only comment on not so common ones.

This morning I saw a Opel Grandlander I think its called. It's an SUV. Never seen one before.

Got me thinking you never here of anyone buying an Opel anymore, they have disappeared.

If that was fully electric I'd sell the house for one but hybrid or fully ICE just doesn't do it for me. They feel like yesterday's technology.
