VinB knew how to debate the other side. Keiran is wannabee CNN/FOX newscaster with biased opinions.

VinB could argue against anyone who came on and call them out on their bullshit regardless of his clear bias to the left.

It can be done, but most presenters won't do it, they either become this American Style here's my opinion or RTÉ "Oh! now minister … lets not repeat ourselves… we know people on the ground are doing great work …please answer my question".

Just got to Kieran shouting down Browne and Doherty on what was happening on a college campus, "People don't care about this… just trade and tariffs" The two shrugged as if the were chastised children, both silently agreeing that there was no need for this interjection / outburst, and they weren't going to fight it.

Strange they mentioned M&S and to support that! English company as far as I'm aware.

Marks and Spencer plc (commonly abbreviated to M&S and colloquially known as Marks or Marks & Sparks) is a major British multinational retailer based in London

And allot of the remaining high street shops or foreign owned as well!

I know your supporting the staff in them by shopping in them, but still.

As far small Irish owned companies it would be hard for them to compete on Prices compared to online!

I've completely lost interest in The Tonight Show since Cuddihy took over. I liked Clare and Ciara far more. Cuddihy has a smarmy know it all kind of style. Lack of interest/comment on Boards too is pretty telling.

Yeah I gave him a fair shot, but he's been embarrassingly poor. Apart from the bad attitude (which is grating), his arguments and are based on surface level analysis.

I guess being fresh faced and having a full head of hair was enough to land him the job. But no man ever turned off Vin B just because he looked like a haggard curmudgeon.

Gavin might play it safe with his questioning (definitely not going to jeopardize a future cushy career as govt advisor etc.) , but at least he knows what he's talking about.
