In the Art Block building supervisor office. He is a gnomish gentleman living in a gnomish little office behind the main security station. Ask those guys and you will be pointed to the place to go....... don't call him a gnome though.....

Do call him a gnome, I did and got extra money back

If you want to keep your locker for next year you also go to that office but instead of handing the key back you just tell the locker dude (Buildings Superintendent) you want to keep it. A lot of people don’t realise you can do that and queue up for a new locker every year…

He is officially known as the locker gnome. He never leaves the arts block and sleeps in the big lockers downstairs. He's lucky, if you take him captive - he has to give you his pot of gold.......

Make sure to get it in before the 30th if you want money back though!

This was the email sent out awhile ago:
    3.) Return of Locker Keys

Just a reminder that locker keys should be returned by the 30th of June 2005 to the Campus Superintendent’s Office in Room 2029, Arts Block (near the security desk). If keys are not returned by this date the lock will be changed and the €15.00 deposit forfeited. Keys can be returned between the hours 10am to 12noon and 2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday.

If you don't know your locker number but have the key is it possible to get the money back?

Yup, I've had the same locker for the last two years and I'm also keeping it for final year. It amazes me how nobody knows about this. They keep the whole locker thing very quite. In first year I didn’t know how to get one until it was too late.

You can return your locker key without your number provided you know its general location (building, floor, which staircase it's nearest to etc) and your name.

Male students are addressed by their surnames, female as 'ms. *insert applicable surname*'. It's our forenames that we have trouble remembering, so college gave us all nice cards with out photos and full names on them to help us.

I'm more of a name-on-underwear type of guy. This one time I got terribly confused though...

What, you thought your name was St Bernard? Marks and Spencers? Anne Summers?

I don't think St Bernard or M & S do crotchless pantaloons, tbh.

St Michael, he's an engineer, he needs the "support".

Lets all call him St. Michael in real life now for a while, it will be funny and confuse loads of other people. May boost our ranks to even dizzier heights!
