    hi just wonderin what martial arts are available in louth im in taekwondo at the moment so even if people want to give some tips or just wanna talk about there martial arts:D

    Ritchie Moore runs a Thaiboxing club up there afaik..look him up!

    Have a go at different styles like BJJ or Thai or Judo or Kempo or what ever you decide is for you...happy hunting!! As for tips...dont eat yellow snow!!;)

    I think you're gonna have to be a bit more specific.

    eg for Tips:

    Hey can anyone give me any tips for going for my yellow belt...
    Can anyone give me any tips for increasing my TKD flexibility

    etc.

    i went for my yellow belt 3 months ago in taekwondo and standin on your own in front of every1 does not help it 1 bit wat do u want to no

    its still early in the mornin sorry i had to read over messages that i miss understood anyways yeah i have trouble sparrin its like i am scared of it and to make it worse in the future i need it for belts can i get advice on that

    trust me it is 4 me i love every aspect of it paterns, 3 step 2 step sparrin but the unknown about what will happen i just cant get. i do try but i think its my confidence r somethin holdin me back

    what style of tkd do you study??

    I practiced the ITF Chang Hon patterns up to 3rd Dan. I now do the older patterns of TKD which are in fact Shotokan kata.

    Where do you train??

    Why are you having trouble with sparring??

    Relax and have fun! If you want to win comps then you do have to address it with more detail.

    i dont no i am in itf in drogheda in louth but the thing with sparrin is that i just cant seem to jusmp in like the rest of the class which results in me gettin creamed cause on the word go if u dont attack and think u are doomed :eek:
