I've used them for electrics and camera's and found them very good. I've also got the 100 photo's your talking about and the quality is very good and very quick delivery time. Also got one of there gift keyrings, again very good and quick....

Avoid like the plague. WHen everything goes well they are your best friend and you won't be able to say enough good about them - prices are good, website seems great, plenty of promises re support etc.

The first time anything goes wrong you will not be able to contact them, they will not answer emails, they will refuse to fix problems and will generally deal with customer service with a "we are ignoring you in the hope that you will go away" approach.

I won't bore you with the details of my experience, but just google pixmania and customer complaints or some variation thereof and you will find whole forums devoted to complaining about them. The French government actually launched an investigation into them, such was the level of dissatisfaction with their treatment of customers. A truly shocking company that entices you with their their low prices and then treats you like crap if anything goes wrong. Still, you might be lucky and be one of the people that doesn't experience a problem with them and then writes in a bemused and uncomprehending tone in reply to posts that complain about them saying "well I never had a difficulty with them". Well, yes. Good for you. But it doesn't mean that many other people didn't.

On the other hand, you are not risking much if its just a few euro for a set of prints. Try waiting a year to get your faulty mini dv camera returned to you, for which you paid over 800 euro, having had to resort to contacting the president of the company after months of frustration, only to have the camera returned to you without the fault repaired.....but I said I wouldn't bore you with my story

    Caveat emptor !!!

I used them for the first time about two weeks ago, paid €15 for 100 6x4 and a half including delivery. Quality was excellent and delivery was quick too. I would use them again.

Ordered some photo's from them a few wks ago, and again a couple of day's later, got the second batch ok, pic quality good, still haven't got the first ones, rang them, and rang again, and again, and again, waste of time. Ordered a digital camera from them last year, payment from credit card was taken the following day, took another 10 wk's and about 40 phone calls to get the camera.,

As has been said, if things go well you'll get a good deal, if they don't you're in serious trouble. Not only should you check google about them but even search these boards.

I "tried" to use this offer. They make you buy the credits first as a package + then apply the package at the checkout to the 100 photos that u are buying. I ticked this option but once I processed the order, I found that they had charged for the 100 photos serperately + not used the package. No amount of emails to pixmania would change this for me. Still haven't got the photos either. Definatly not going to use them again.
