    thinking of heading in for the first time, but I won't have my passport for a few weeks. will I be allowed to play without it? don't think I can wait weeks

    Divers licence will do too, and they may accept some other sort of ID too, but I don't know. Give them a ring to find out what type of ID they accept.

    Give them a ring and explain the situation and they will suggest a few alternative ID options or they may even give you temporary membership pending the production of a passport. Ring around 7 in the evening.

    I also read the previous post as "a sperm whale will suffice" and had to reread it.

    No, I read it correctly, that is jsut the first thing that popped into my head as I am tres bored here at work.

    Fair enough. On a side note, I actually do believe that if someone can present a sperm whale at the desk in the Fitz it should entitle them to membership with or without a passport/driving license.

    Do you've to be over 21 to be a memeber of silks casino? Or did they just tell me that cause they didn't want a student type taking the old foggies cash?

    I have heard it is over 21, but I am not a member, and I am also over 21 so it doesn;t bother me much either way. Bring a sperm whale with you as an exemption tactic though and they may waive the requirement for you.
