It means she finds you attractive for some reason, be it physical or emotional or your sense of humour.....note this does not mean she is attracted to you in a "find a partner" kind of way. It means she likes this one particular aspect of you that leads her to feel you are "cute".

Don't get me wrong, she could be very attracted to you but i have found the term "cute" to be a girls way of complementing something more than anything else.

Depends really it can have a few meanings!

1. Girl calls you cute but shes not attracted to you really
2 Girls calls you cute and could be attracted to you!

Confusion I know lol

My girlfriends calls me cute the whole time and we've being going out just about two months now! But in the past girls have called me cute and have wanted nothing to do with me

I think its the one word all guys hate being called, why cant they just say goodlooking or hot or something and not CUTE lol

1) You did something cute

2) I like you but don't find you attractive and will never let you touch my bajingo

3) I'm trying to flirt but don't have the balls to use a stronger word to state my attraction to you so I'll just confuse the bejesus out of you instead*

That's what I see. However it varies from gal to gal. Simply put, ignore any reference to cute and look for other signals.

*I don't find it confusing, its usually easy to tell. None of the above applies to me, or any self respecting male for that matter. Where are your testy clays?

I think it depends on whether it's personal. As in if she said "I think you're cute" then I'd think you have a good chance, if she said "you're so cute" I think you're not going to be with her.

Honestly though, understanding the confusion this brings about, I will never tell a guy he's cute, unless he's secure enough in his own skin to understand how it's meant.

Mirror is right, don't base your judgement as to whether or not this girl is into you on "you're cute", as truth be told, it could technically mean any one of many things and if you can't tell what is meant by it, you need to check for other signs. Or better still, forget about inhibitions and put yourself out there and be direct!

The last girl that called me cute broke my poor widdle heart.

Was out the sunday before xmas, met this girl I've known for a few months from college, really fancied her etc.
She comes up to me in club, all chat and smiles, neither of us were drinking so we ditched our respective groupsd and hung out in the VIP lounge and chatted for close to two hours sipping our 7up.

I invite her and one of her mates back to a party, we go back again all chat anf flirt, she calls me cute, all chat and flirt, I think I'm getting no where, giving her all the subtle singals that I like her, tell her I think she's an amazing person etc.

An hour later she taps me on the shoulder, I turn and she kisses me, I kiss her back, rest of the night we just chat, hold hands be involved witht he group.

I walk her home, she asks me to come up to her flat, I agree.
Chatting in living room for an hour or so, Iit's like 6o'clock now she asks me if I wanna kipp in her room (two beds) because my house is a mile away and it's freezing.
I go in, lay on her bed, we kiss and cuddle and stuff, no hanky panky (both of us are fairly strong christians) spend one of the best nights of my life with an amazing girl.

look at the clock realise it's quater to one, tell her I have to go get changed for work in half an hour, she says something like "Sean, you're the nicest guy I've met in years, promise me that we can do this again" I agree whole heartidly and leave after yet more kissing and cuddles.

I go home happy as a pig in sh*t and go to work.
Text her for a few days (she's gone home form college at this stage) and then like four days of "I can't wait to see you again" and so on she drops the bombshell...

"You're an amazing guy and I really like you, butI'm just out of a relationship and I don't think I'm ready for another, but I think be could be really great friends"

I dunno why but I made out like I was fine with it and let her think I'm glad she told be before we went out again and I got too into her blah blah blah...

Truth be told I hate being around her now because I know she doesn't feel the same way I do, But I hate it even more when I'm not with her, I think about he constantly... And I know this is really really infantile and probably just a silly college infatuation but it ****ing hurt me like hell!
