Well with things like that going on they obviously have good reason to.

I never heard anything about it before. You would think it is a big story it seems its been kept quite.

Do you have any other references to it?

I asked the guys in the office and most had heard of it but few could give a damn it seems.

As daveirl said, compared to deporting people to their death in Germany/Poland, killing Rugby League doesn't seem as important I guess...

Yeah maybe so, but it is still a huge injustice. Although if comparing it to the fate of the Jews is all that is needed to avoid retribution then it seems unfair to me.

Its still an injustice and should be acknowledgement and compensation paid. An organisation has gotten fat from stealing from another. That aint right no matter when or where it happens.

Imagine if the story was that McDonalds had aligned themselves with the Nazis during WW2 and stole from and burned down Burger Kings HQ.

How many would now be eating big macs?

It just doesnt seem right to me that they got away with it and it also makes me wonder what else they got up to.

Id like to find out more so if anyone can refer me to any of the news items id appreciate it.

Perhaps if this issue had been taken more seriously the rugby league folks would of gotten their own country and we'd be rid of it all together :D
