    Its the company who sells catalogue shopping for companies, Ryanair is one of their customers. They are a registered Irish company, Buy As You Fly Ltd.

    I'd imagine they either pay Ryanair a massive commission to sell to their customers or may have given Ryanair some equity in their company in a profit sharing deal.

    It says the exact same on the Ryanairbuyasyoufly site. I wouldn't be surprised if Ryanair owned a big chunk of that company. That's how they make the vast majority of their money, so it seems fairly pointless not to be getting a share in the profits.

    Edit: On second thoughts, it looks like their just a one shop stop supplier for Ryanair.
