    Unless there is something I'm missing about the second one, then it's a bit over-priced to say the least especially when you compare it to the first one.

    The first one is a beast. That processor is one of the best that you'll get in a laptop. The fact that there is two hard drives though will affect the battery life some what.

    You may want to take a look at the dell xps m1530 as well. It's a nice laptop that should be pretty high spec. It may cost a lot to have the T7700 put in it though.
