In case anyone's interested there's a new series of That Mitchell and Webb Look starting on BBC2 in ten minutes (23:50 on 21/02)

I for one loved the first series. Favourite sketch had to be the snooker commentators "ooh and that's a bad miss"

    Well worth watching

Cheers man, I've never heard of this and decided to watch it. I didn't see much of it but I thought it was great. The sky sports bit was class. The extreme negativity bit had me in tears.

Heh, yeh the sky sports bit was great.

Didn't think it was as good as most of the first series but there were some funny bits in it.

Padlockigami was good and The Numberwang Code was a good tribute to last series

AlmightyCushion, if you can try and get a look at the first series. It's sometimes on BBC3 and the odd time on BBC2. If you liked the extreme negativity one you'll love most of the sketches in the first series :)

balls :( ah well, sky+ for next week. AC, use iTunes to get their audiobooks, very similar to the TV shows. The RAdio show is also archived on bbc.co.uk

I hate BBC NI! This clashed with something on BBC4 so decided to tape Jonathan Meades rather than TMWL, on proper BBC they were shown at 10 pm. :(

Don't have bbc3 (damn chorus) and rarely watch bbc2 but I will look out for it. I found a couple of sketches from season 1 on youtube and they were brilliant and I remember seeing that numberwang thing before.

@tbh - Not really a fan of iTunes but I might do that. I'll definitely look out for the radio show though.

1st series was excellent, first ep of series 2 pretty good alright.

btw, 1st series is on dvd, ive seen it in hmv from time to time, well worth the buy imo
theres also another sketch show they did on play uk before it went defunct called the mitchell and webb situation which was also very good (no canned laughter aswell which is a bonus and also on dvd)

There's also That Mitchell and Webb Sound, the sketch show they had on BBC Radio 4. It's available on CD and apparently you can listen to it on the website but I can't find a way to actually listen to it so I haven't heard any of it...

(ooh also, Peep Show is back in May I think. Them Mitchell and Webb chaps are busy bunnies!)

I liked how they were taking the piss out of freak show documentaries but couldnt help but feel they completely ripped off the episode of south park with the arse faced people
