question on duty from Hong Kong

    anyone have any clue as to what the customs charges are likely to be on gear ordered from hong kong ? ordered 2 aegs and am now wondering (little late i know)

    approx 25% of the total order including shipping costs

    it's actually 20/21% vat, 3.5% duty and then handling charge, but 25% normally works out about right if your trying to calculate how much cash to have handy when the postman arrives

    I get all my stuff from Hong Kong. Sometimes you get away with it. Last order, €400 or so, no vat or duty charges (from redwolf). Best of luck mate.
