Irish Open Qualifier--Sunday Next, March 9th

    I'm putting up a new thread on this as we have tweaked it a bit and anybody thats coming to play needs to be kept informed.

    The tournament will be run by Cue Club, Killarney.
    Sunday March 9th. Reg at 4.00pm, Dealing cards at 4.30pm.
    Entry fee is €200 + €20 reg. 1 rebuy/add-on @ €100.
    5,000 starting stack. 7,000 for rebuy or add-on.
    The re-buy/add-on can be bought anytime after 1st hand up to the break after 4 levels.
    First 4 blind levels will be 30 mins, 45 min blinds all the way to the finish from there.
    The tournament will be fully dealer dealt.
    100% prize-pool payout.
    Blind levels:
    1st 4 levels---30 mins
    25-50
    50-100
    75-150
    100-200
    Break.End of rebuy/add-on.

    All levels---45mins.
    150-300
    200-400
    300-600
    400-800
    500-1,000
    500-1,000--100ante
    800-1,500--100ante
    1,000-2,000--200ante
    1,500-3,000--300ante
    2,000-4,000--300ante
    3,000-6,000--500ante
    4,000-8,000--500ante
    5,000-10,000-1,000ante
    6.000-12,000-1,000ante
    8,000-15,000-1,500ante.

    TD will be Con o Sullivan whose decision will be final.

    20 sattellited in for this so far. Numbers should be easily 30+. So I'd guess there will be definately 2 tickets and possibly 3. I'll have a better idea of numbers after tonite (our monthly Friday game).

    5 handed at 11.30 pm. Blinds 500-1,000. Average stack--84,000:eek:
    Played for 5 hours before losing a player. Unreal!
    Just finished now with blinds at 3,000-6,000. With 3 left,ave stack was 140,000.
