As the DVD player is a free gift, to the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 gives no, and excludes all, conditions, representations and warranties in respect of the DVD Players. Any statutory rights are unaffected. 3 recommends that any maintenance or technical problems should be referred to the manufacturer.

I think pre pay broadband is expensive. I have the bill pay 3 broadband since last summer. I use it almost every day and pay €19.99 a month.

Before you jump in on this, maybe you should take a look at this thread in the Broadband forum. At the time of posting, it was 292 pages long and growing  It's not worth it for the sake of a DVD player IMHO.

Don't be even tempted by this. It's absolutely terrible. With the bill pay option, you're tied into a 1 year contract. I'm waiting for my year to expire and then I think I'll pop off a small claims court appeal (bond007 here has and has won his appeal and got a full refund for all monies paid to three).

I would have given three a free dvd player to end my contract earlier!
