    hi niamh,

for €100 you will prob only get something from last season, most brands start around the €130 -150 mark. TBH your feet/boots are the most important part of any kit as you will be in them for at least 8 hrs a day. After the bruises and blisters I got from bad fitting boots on my first trip I swore I would never abuse my feet again as it puts a real downer on your time away if you're in pain for the last couple of days of the holiday.

So if you can afford to go a bit higher with your budget your feet will thank you in the long run.:)

I think snow and rock have a better range of brands so you could try a good few different sizes and models.

I got to agree with jvan there, dont waste 100 euros on something that probably wont be comfortable or last very long, your feet will suffer and you will be down 100 quid, fork out a bit more and go for one of the well known brands. I just got a pair of DC snowboard boots from last seasons line for €150, they were nearly €300 last season.

Keep an eye out for last seasons gear, they usually have heavy discounts on it now as they are clearing out for this seasons line. So for €150 i got myself a great pair of boots that should last a few years.

I had a look in the s+r catologue and they have a pair of burton casa for €90 or burton mint for €120. Not sure about the casa but the mint are the female version of motos which i have had for the last 2years and done about 25 days with them and they are still fine.

yeah sorry snow and rock, too used to shortening everything for texting. They said to me when I was in there that they could get anything from their uk stores in if I wanted it.

Maybe they dont have that much in yet.

I was out on Sunday and thought the range was decent enough. You can also order boots in from the Uk if you need too.

As jvan and Overflow mentioned, try and get the best pair you can afford too.

My last pair of DC's have lasted me 4 Years and a Season! Which is great value my opinion, they cost 300 odd to start off with but they are so comfortable now that I dont want to get rid of them (even if I have too..).
