Size 14 dress to flatter a tummy

Hi all,

After having 2 kids I have a little tummy. I wear a size 14 because I have a large chest so I am now looking for a really flattering dress knee lenght to make me look FAB.

There are a lot of people I haven't seen in around 10 years so I won't to knock them out and look totally gorgeous.

Is it for a special occasion? I would highly recommend a wrap dress like the ones here;

Try shops like Carraig Donn and Pamela Scots too.

If you have a big chest the v neck will flatter your cleavage and the wrap draws the eye around the body. Also go to marks and spensers and get spme control pants to enhance your shape

I would wear a size 8 but my chest is huge, I am currently wearing an empire line dress that is quite flowing that I got in Sabotage on Wicklow street, was very reasonable. I always had a small tummy bump and found that if I had to wear something fitted control pants helped but otherwise I just accepted it as part of me.

Hi all,

Sorry forgot to put that minor detail in. In 3 weeks my sister is having her 40th birthday, I am 32 and have lost almost 2 stone - so I want to wow people. It is definitely a dressy up affair.

I love the Dorothy Perkins Dress, I actually have a similar one and it is gorgeous - just want something with more of a WOW factor, an so not afraid of colours - so please any suggestions I would love.

I did buy this and now I'm thinking will it suit my figure ?

Check out www.bravissimo.com - it means you can buy the dress in your own size as they allow for large chests...

I love this site - i was soooo excited when I discovered I could buy a size 10 fitted shirt and it closed on me!! Normally its 12/14 with a string vest under it for decorum ;-)

Have to admit I haven't tried any of their dresses but planning to treat myself to one once I get over the expense of Christmas(so that will probably be March!)

im a size 14/16 in some shops and have a large chest,and i bought these two dresses recentley and got lots of compliments in them.I actually felt quite good in them myself too.im the same as yourself,recentley had a baby but have lost a fair bit of weight,including pre pregnancy weight,and wanted to look nice for a change!
I wore black tights with both and black patent shoes
would definetley recommend the control pants too,got mine in debenhams and their gstring ones so your tummy can look flat and theres no vpl!
