ACCA Fundamental Exams

    hi

    still waiting for college exam results and have to confirm which exemptions ill get with acca but ill more than likely be starting one of the fundamental subjects in august.

    which do people find is the least difficult subject amongst the following+would be the best for me to start off with?

    F4-Corporate+Business Law
    F5-Performance Management
    F6-Taxation
    F7-Financial Reporting
    F8-Audit and Assurance
    F9-Financial Management

    someone told me the the performance mgt exam is an ok subject to start off with

    Oh God... Getting Flashbacks.

    That's the hardest level in my opinion. Once you've that level complete you KNOW you will qualify as an accountant.

    It depends on your own abilities, some will have experience of "accounting" and might find F7 the most familiar. I would say, but everyone is different, F6 & F8 are the hardest.

    ahh, it ends up i may have to do F2+F3 because i may not be exempt from them!

    where would people recommend for them 2? judging from peoples previous posts here im guessing these 2 would be uite manageable to do together?

    absolutely they wont be a problem. Should easily be able to take those two together. Bit strange not getting exempt from them with a degree. what degree did you do?

    hi i did Business, IT and a Language for the first 3 years. For my final year i did pure Business.

    i never did 'Management Accounting' or 'Financial Accounting' so dont know if my other Accountancy subjects will make up for not having done these. I did an Intro to Mgt Accting in Accountancy 2 in 1st year though. wonder if that will be enough?
