    Hi! I'm based in Kilkenny and looking to join a band. I'm 32 and have
    been playing guitar for 20 years. I would like to get into
    something with an alt country or blues type thing either acoustic
    or electric. I also play a little mandolin, banjo, bass and lap steel.

    Influences include:

    Uncle Tupelo, The Black Keys, Creedence Clearwater,
    Wilco, Son Volt, Bob Dylan, Nick Drake, Grandaddy,
    Ryan Bingham & The Dead Horses, Jay Farrar, William
    Whitmore, The Replacements, The Band, and all kinds
    of folk, alternative country, blues rock stuff

    Im a bass player that sings/harmonises just left go from the wedding band which i was with for 9 years.The organ player took over my job but the organ cant sing.What venue interests do you have and what kind of P.A do you intend to use and have you decided if you want 2,3 or four piece band.Thanks,Bogs.
