One of the best things to appear on the pictotube in the last 20 years. I prefer the earlier seasons, but it hands down beats most other comedies out there.

Anyone think they overdid the soiling of Jeremy's character, you knew he was a prick, inside.. but they really brought out the psycho-billy side of him in the last series, nasty nasty nasty. A lack of subtlety somewhat.. relative to the series.

As a previous poster stated, you wonder where they're going to take the characters.

    I [heart] Isy Suttie.

Some of the sketches in That Mitchell and Webb Look are quite weak though imo. Whereas every minute of Peep Show is pure gold. I'd agree that Season 5 isn't quite as good as the rest. Seasons 3-4 were where it peaked for me.

Thank you so much. This is one of the most under rated shows on television, can't wait to see the new series.

Enjoyed the first show there. It lives up to the standards of the previous five series think. Hopefully the trend will continue for the entire series.

    I think I've noticed that too, it's quite off-putting.

It was very good, although a tad more predictable than before, still it was great!

Jez has gone a bit bonkers altogether now though and we always knew he was a bit crazy, but now they're just flaunting it all over the place.

Johnson & Superhans need more input in the show!

Really enjoyed it, great to have it back.

Jez was hilarious, at the Survivors meeting "Great to see all the old faces again!"

More superhans will definitely be a good thing.

and marks monologue during the fire extinguisher scene was brilliant.

You're welcome. I'd recommend ditching the RTÉ guide (buy an extra beer instead!), and installing Digiguide. At the end of the free month's trial, uninstall, register a new account with a new gmail account and install a new trial version (takes only 10 minutes and saves more euros... even more pints!). There's a very handy search feature in Digiguide.

Dunno why, but I was expecting this to be really poor. I got a pleasant surprise though! And yeah, the new camera effect thingys are a bit weird alright.

Can't remember which series (prob one or two) but the episode where jeremy wakes up from a bender with superhans trying to remember 'the bad thing' is hilarious. For those who haven't seen it, I'll say no more

Just watched that the other day, fairly sure it was Season 1. Probably the hardest I've laughed this year.

I loved it when superhans came to the country to try and get clean, and while tied to the bed he started trying to skin up with his toes. Brilliant.

    "This crack is really moreish!"

Superhans is 'hans' down the best character on the show television.

    FYP :pac:

It was a good return, I never had any doubts - even though the last series was maybe a notch below S4, it was still superb. The mystery baby plotline has huge potential.
