    Hi All,

I am looking for any help ideas and reccomendations you may be able to offer. My son has a PS3, he wants to go online with it but we have O2 mobile broadband with the dongle. This is where I need help, the PS3 does not have a USB connection. What is the best way to set this up to allow access to the internet. Thanks

You could get an ethernet cable and connect the ps3 to your computer. Thats how I do it anyways! You need a fairly fast connection though.

I have one of these for the past year or so - very simple to set up and works perfectly. I use it with O2 mobile.

You need to accept the fact that what you have isn't broadband, and even if you do get the PS3 connected, your gaming experience will be poor to medium at best, and none existent at worst. Spending money on a router may well be a waste.

Gaming requires consistent pingtimes of 100-120ms or less, something midband can't ever deliver, anytime, regardless of the speeds
