    Sounds like a great deal.

    Question is, is Grid worth getting? I love a mix of arcade and sim racing. Used to always get NFS but that sucked balls recently and heard this is way better than any NFS. One of the lads swears by it. So do any of you???

    I remember playing the demo before and wasn't really that impressed with the 2 races I had.

    It's the best racing series out there I think. The online racing is seriously competitive. I have been a fan of the Toca racing games for years, so I love this too! It's the only game on PS3 that i play!

    haha sounds like you work for codemasters :D Was worried since its a few years old if online is still active? The car list isn't much either (45+cars??) I see you can buy extra cars for 10 and 8 euro for each pack but a bit much just for cars. Can these be used online as well?

    GRID is definitely the best racer right now for PS3.
    Takes a little while to aclimatise, but a great game when you get there.
    The online is still pretty strong.

    €10 is pretty good, but shop around for the Reloaded version. UK etailers doing it for ~€25 shipped which is less than the €28 you'll expense when you buy the 2 packs.
    And yes - all cars can be raced online, but not in all events. Prestige pack is much better than the 8-ball with this as at least there are quite a few new race types.

    Yea its good its a little arcadey but not too much. But lots of loud songs and menus's etc that codemaster seem to be going for these days.

    Supercar challenge is better and picked up now for around the 18euro mark.

    I have not played it, or the PS3 at all since before Christmas since it was lent and not given back! RikD has more info on it than I do, but the online was great before Christmas, especially with the mic. As for working for Codemasters, I wish! But I'm not into games, this is the only PS3 game I play!

    It's a good gamr to be honest. I like the way you can build up your team during your career mode. One of the first games i bought for the PS3. But after a while, i got kinda bored of it. I dunno, maybe it's just me but it seemed to get ridiculously hard as you progressed.

    But for 10 yo-yos, can't go wrong

    There's a demo out on PSN too, if you want to try it before buying.

    I didn't like it at all - but I'm not a fan of racing games, so that doesn't mean the isn't any good.

    got it today, it's really solid so far anyway. I just want to get a better car then the mustang you start with. Still can't really complain for 10 euros, I can see this will keep me going till May anyway till Red Dead and UFC 2010 comes out.
