I am not sure if i can post about another site in here but here goes: Have anyone tried gamesenders.ie? Is it a reliable site?

I am seriously thinking of joining them. Anybody ever use their services before?

I currently use it. The delivery times have gotten longer, can't really fault them on that, an post. However, I have 60 games in my queue and less than 10 are in stock and there is quiet alot of games that have the long wait beside them even after 3 months there's been no change.

I can see myself leaving it in a few months if they dont buy more games for rent.

Overall it's a great service, beats Xtra-Vision anyway.

If you want I can send you a referral, gives you a months free trial rather than the usual 10 days I think.

I don't know anything about the service, but there's another thread with more discussion which might be helpful.

ive cancelled my account last week as they were getting longer delivery times and never seem to have any of the games in my list in stock, esp new releases.

2 days earlier i had decided to try out gameclick.ie 10 day trial, put few new releases in my list and had GOW3 sent out the next day, and arrive the following day.

this and the fact that gameclick are €5 cheaper for the same service from gamesenders prompted me to up and leave. feel bad leaving gs as they are based in my home town but i've felt for a while that the service was getting worse rather than improving. just hope there are no issues with them cancelling my membership fee as i havent heard anything back from them since last week.

(that said i never had any problems with gamesenders other than the recent issues above)

Gameclick.ie sounds interesting. They seem to be a relatively new site, could be that they are very fast in delivery now but once the customer base increases they might become slow too. I think i will join them though.

    Anybody else ever use gameclick.ie?

I think I'll switch to gameclick soon enough. Love the PS2 section, sometimes I just like to play a PS2 game.

I have switched to gameclick and am VERY happy with the speed and customer service thus far. Cannot say enough about the customer service so far tbh. Had a few problems signing up, but they were quick to reply to all my emails.

gamesenders, however, is a different story. I've been trying to cancel them for 2 weeks now and not one reply to my emails. Tomorrow I'm going to put stop payment on them tomorrow. Ridiculous!

I used gamesenders a few years ago when they first started up. They are all right until there is a problem, then good luck to you. Their customer service is atrocious.

Finally got a response saying that they cannot cancel my account until I send a game back. I explained I had no game out and was waiting 2 months for a game and I had complained about 4 times about not receiving any games. They only responded by saying that my account had successfully been cancelled. Ridiculous.

funnily enough a rather similar experience to what i had.

Yeah took me ages to cancel with gamesenders.ie, Phone calls, e-mails, letters and I even sent a Fax, only 1 I've ever sent in my life. Finally managed to do it after about 3 weeks trying.

Gameclick.ie are brilliant though. They send an e-mail saying the next game in your queue has been sent. Next day it arrives, I couldn't believe it. After waiting nearly a week for a game from gamesenders.ie this service is just unreal and it's €5 cheaper too.

I could have written that myself! Was with gamesenders for 3 years or so and was delighted with the service up until last summer kind of time. I didn't want to cancel cos of loyalty and the fact that they're based where I'm from originally, but eventually I gave up on them. I signed up with gameclick a few days ago, just as efficient as gamesenders were in the good old days and a fiver cheaper per month! Hopefully they can keep up that kind of service as more customers join - I'd definitely recommend them so far.

    I just joined gameclick.ie
They seem to be missing a lot of good games in their PS3 section.
I searched for borderlands,UFC 2009,yakuza 3,bioshock 2 etc and couldnt find them. Its not a big deal though as long as they are quick in their service.
