Have been offered i20 hyundai deluxe 2010 ex demo for 11,350, v little mileage...
Is this a bargain? I'm really stretching my budget but need some advice as never have had a new car b4???
Pls help, is for me and 3 kids, I do average mileage. Currently drive 11 yr old avensis, is too big 4 me and is eating petrol and oil so really need to get rid.
    Any advice greatly appreciated:confused:

if thats all inclusive (VAT, Delivery etc...) then thats a very good deal, unless your scrapping your car, if your using the hyundai scrappage push the dealer for 10,500 , hes giving you 50 euro off for an ex demo with scrappage

Hi Eric Cartman, thats what I thought. So I rang about 6 dealerships and they all quoted almost €1000 more for extras and delivery etc on the i20 deluxe scrappage, i.e. €12,495??? I Have no idea what this entails.
Thats why am so unsure about deal, car does not have metallic which usually accounts for €400 extra.
I offered 11k and they came back with 11,350.

Sorry, don't know why all those muddled figures went up, only meant to show the price list from website.

bear in mind the demo price includes delivery and related charges and probably metallic paint. the new prices don't.
Also it's well and good saying the scrappage one is cheaper, but that 1500 quid is coming from the gov. and Hyundais demo allowance to the dealers is surprisingly small, even for big yokes like Santa Fes.

well if hell do it for 11 straight (hes definitley still making money on it) with nothing else, no delivery charges etc then id say its a fairly good deal

They both make the same car, the Ceed is basically an i30 with 2 years extra warranty.
