    Just got the email!!

    Dear iBOODians,

    Get your camouflage coat on, blow your duck whistle and get your mouse in an optimal condition. Why? Because the biggest hunt for bargains on the internet is about to start again: The iBOOD Hunt is coming up!

    What are we talking about?
    Every now and then, iBOOD goes a little bit crazy. Not much, just slightly. We don’t completely lose our marbles, just our count of things. Because instead of simply offering one great bargain, we’ll be offering hundreds! Each of them for even sillier prices than you’re already used to. But with every other offer, you’ll have to be quick. Some products will be on for several minutes, while others might not last longer than seconds. And remember: this iBOOD Hunt madness will only last for a day. We’ll probably retrieve our sanity the next day. Want to know more about the Hunt? Then check out our FAQ!

    But when is the iBOOD Hunt?
    Sharing any details concerning the Hunt might result in the remote detonation of your computer screen. So it’s for your own safety we’re not telling anything about this. Though we do hope you’ve planned your vacation in August…

    Damn boards is fast. Just got the email myself and came on to share.

    I hope it's tomorrow. I'll be away all weekend. Think it starts at midnight so check every night. Does be a few cracking deals in amongst the crap.

    Is there any way to get a leg up on the whole thing. Get ahead of myself. Registered on the site with the hope of getting something good. But I've yet to recieve the email for activation.
    Any good Firefox addon that can help you keep track of the changes and keep you updated?

    I haven't "noticed" Boffer in a long time - misleading product descriptions, shocking Irish delivery and too much junk e-mail.

    Don't get me wrong.. they donated to the Santa Strike Force and I appreciate that, but they're really slipped!

    Unfortunately laser is a no. Get yourself a visa debit card, which is the same as laser accept is accepted worldwide. PTSB and ulster bank will give you visa debit card when you open an account with them.

    They generally release their new product at 11pm.

    The problem regarding the hunt is they have only said August some time... We don't know when in August yet.. :confused:

    They said they hope you've planned your vacation for August. That means that the hunt will be in July (so that means sometime this week).

    Oh right, I took it to mean "we hope you're on vacation in August so that you have time off work to be at the computer & not busy with work". (I don't have access to a computer whilst working, for example).

    The last bag-Crap I got from Boffer was the worst thing that I've ever bought full stop. No gadgets just all crappy water damaged fake leather book holders and stuff I actually had to secretly take out the back and hide in the shed until I can get around to chucking it out.

    Ibood= Way better if the item is large enough to negate the shipping cost.
