I was coming out of the gents toilets of the Museum Building, just on the second step of the stairs when I copped a glance of a rat coming out of the Engineering store room and running around and then running into the ladies toilets.
Needless to say, my supervisor found this hilarious!:D

    Ugh. Rats are nasty.

For the craic, you should try walking behind the cricket pitch, between the pitch and Nassau street, up to near the entrance at the Arts block and stand close to the wall staying quiet.

The sound you hear is something that will never leave your mind, its awesome (in the true, non-American meaning).

If you can imagine, the Trinity ground level at this point is about 2-3 metres below Nassau street actual ground level, so the wall is like a cross section of the underworld!

What's the deal with that human sized hole in the side of the staircase in the museum building? Where does it lead? Perhaps the rats live there.
