Yeah that's the way I'm doing it.

I can put in my user ID and date of birth or contact number,

Then on the next page when I have to put in 3 of the 6 digits, I click on 'next' and nothing happens!

When the pin entry page appears tap in the first box to get the keyboard.

The selection moves to the second one and the keyboard goes away.

Tap back in the first box to get the keyboard then press Next at the top of the keyboard to move to the second box. Enter that digit

Rinse and repeat for the 3rd one.

    regards

4.2 (on the iPad) seems to fix this problem. The keyboard still goes away, but pops back up when you tap on the next box. You don't have to tap back anymore as described above.

I've just been off the phone to BOI after having a problem logging into the site. The guy on the phone claimed the that accessing 365online.com through google or through a favorites list 'invalidates the settings' and that what caused me to be unable to log-in to my account last night.

It sounds like BS to me. When I asked what exactly 'invalidating the settings' meant he was unclear.

Has one ever heard of this?

I have the feeling he is confusing a potential security risk (phishing) versus a problem on the website itself. The guy seemed like a bit of a tossers and didn't appreciate that fact that I didn't blindly accept what he was saying.

When entering numbers, the trick is to tap the first box before you tap an empty box each time.

    Yes, it's a pain :(

Ahhh yes, it creates issues with the secure sockets layer interfacing with the file transfer protocol which causes a backlog in the mainframe of the server side client cloud architecture.
