Taps/Pin Punch's Tools for Airsoft

Can anyone recommend a good online store to pick up a few bits n bobs
when it comes to tools used for messing about with airsoft guns.

I already have a valve key, Allen keys and screwdrivers etc but am
    lacking in other things like:

A few small Pin Punches for tapping very small pins I could do with.
    A digital vernier calibers
a Tap so I can thread small holes for tiny screws
a die-tap thing to allow threading of outer barrels
    Self Amalgamating tape
    PTFE tape etc
    Shrinkwrap and good wire etc

Was replacing a trigger on a pistol and found it difficult to get the spring pin
out as I had no pin punch and the smallest screw driver I had was still too big so after I tapped it out with a hammer and screwdriver I had ruined the original plastic trigger.(Which is no loss cos it was crap)
I then realized if I was to go and try and mount a mount to a pistol that
was screw in it would be better to try and tap the holes rather than trying to use the screws to self tap. Also found when I started to mess about with the pistol like even something as simple as swapping a trigger it caused other issues where stuff may have just gone out of alignment by less than a mm etc.

You will get a lot of what you want in Maplin in the Dunnes retail park on the Childers road

Have been meaning to pay a visit to maplin,
I dont like giving them my money though since they tend to overprice a lot of stuff. Also I dont drive so getting to places outside the city often means getting a Cab etc or cycling and Im pretty lazy when I can get an online store to stick something in my letter box :D

Self Amalgamating tape tends to be pricey I actually want
this as a present for someone :D who has clay pigeon traps outside in the weather with wiring that is hooked up to car batteries, he always tends to use ordinary insulating tape and water gets into the wiring! Belated
x-mas gift to help him out!

I used to work there actually, and I'd share your sentiment. Even now I consider them a convenience store for parts, a Spar of electronics if you will.
You'll get all of those parts from Radionics or Farnell. Radionics would be my first stop though.
I'd recommend getting the tap and die in a good tool store though. Isn't there one at the top of Roches St? Anyway, get a ratchet tap wrench, you'll find it easier for the smaller taps. A good tool store should have tap sets in stock down to M3 at least to go with it.
Dies are a bit pricier, and the die wrench will be the same. You might be able to get one in Heiton Buckleys, since the barrel size won't be wildly different to that of electrical conduit.
Maplin do (or did) a kit with the two regular wrenches and a selection of taps and dies for about €40 at one stage. Not exactly great quality, but if you were stuck for one, it's an option.

Heiton Buckelys would have both the PTFE and amalgamating tape too.

There's an electrical wholesalers there that I can't remember the name of off-hand, but I'll find it for you. They'd have everything else, like wire and shrink, if you wanted incidental stuff in the future.

Atlantic on Childers Rd, beside Maplin and Heiton Buckleys, will have pin punches and other assorted diy tools.

Every second bus from William St to UL goes down Childers and stops right outside the retail park, so it's handy enough to get to.

That all said, if you still feel lazy, Radionics has everything there. Quick delivery too.
